Acceptance of Terms
By joining and/or using the Spesh Blends online store you’re agreeing to abide by the Terms of Service below. For purposes of these Terms of Service, Spesh Blends is defined as all English language, United States based web site, web pages, and channels controlled and/or operated by ETP Unlimited LLC including, without limitation, the speshblends.com web site. These rules and guidelines have been created to protect you and to ensure that Spesh Blends is safe and can be enjoyed by everybody. By agreeing to these terms, you’re taking responsibility for your own actions.
By accessing and using the websites operated by Spesh Blends, you agree to these terms, conditions and disclaimers as amended from time to time (“Terms”) and acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use any of the Spesh Blends websites.
Spesh Blends reserves the right to change any content on the website or the Terms at any time and from time to time, by updating this page within any Spesh Blends website. As you are bound by any such amendments to the Terms you should therefore periodically check the current Terms.
An order by you is an offer by you to purchase a particular product at the price and delivery charges specified in the details of that order. The order must contain your name, email address ( if available ), shipping address, credit card number and the expiry date of your credit card so that Spesh Blends can process your order. Spesh Blends reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, an error in the price, or an error in the product description posted on the site, or the unavailability of any product. There may be reasons why we or a merchant of Spesh Blends cannot fulfill your order, therefore your contract with Spesh Blends only comes into existence when Spesh Blends advises you that it has accepted your order and your payment has been confirmed.
Prices and Products
Information on prices and availability of products and delivery charges are maintained within the Spesh Blends website. Prices, availability of products and delivery charges may change at any time and are subject to availability.

Spesh Blends will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products. The liability for product defects and delivery issues remain the responsibility of Spesh Blends who picked and dispatched each unique product within the order.
Spesh Blends will use their best efforts to meet the scheduled delivery time, but cannot guarantee to meet those delivery times in every case. Spesh Blends will not have any liability to you if any part of your order fails to satisfy in whole or in part the scheduled delivery time.
Orders are dispatched within 6 business days of receipt of the order using USPS or an equivalent. Delivery times are then 1 to 6 business days depending on your location within the United States and USPS delivery times.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
(1) Any item not in its original condition, not in it’s original packaging, is opened, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
